TRU ICON™ is an independent fragrance decanting service. We are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, sponsored, or licensed by any perfume brand, manufacturer, fashion house, retailer, designer, or trademark owner referenced on this website.

Any mention of brand names or fragrance titles is used strictly for descriptive and identification purposes. This allows customers to recognize the fragrance being sampled and evaluate it before purchasing a full retail bottle.

All brand names, trademarks, copyrights, bottle designs, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

2. Source of Fragrances

All fragrances decanted and sold by TRU ICON™ are:

  • 100% authentic

  • Purchased legally from authorized distributors, retailers, or verified sources

  • Not counterfeit, diluted, imitation, or “inspired-by” products

We do not sell fragrance oils, dupes, clones, or generic matches unless explicitly stated.

The fragrances provided are the original products rebottled into independent travel-size atomizers.

3. Decanting & Packaging Disclaimer

TRU ICON™ purchases full bottles of perfume legally and rebottles them into smaller travel-size atomizers (5ml, 10ml, etc.) for sampling and evaluation purposes. These items:

  • Do not come in the original brand bottle or retail packaging.

  • May differ in bottle appearance compared to the manufacturer’s official presentation.

  • Are intended for personal use only.

All atomizers and packaging are supplied by TRU ICON™, not the original perfume house.

4. Intended Use & Limitations

Products sold by TRU ICON™ are intended for:

  • Personal fragrance sampling

  • Testing longevity and performance on the skin

  • Travel-sized convenience

They are not intended for:

  • Commercial resale

  • Wholesale distribution

  • Trademark misuse

  • Counterfeit representation or packaging reproduction

Customers agree not to represent or resell the decanted products as original brand packaging.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property displayed on this site including names, descriptions, references to fragrances, or trademarks:

  • Are owned by their respective brands

  • Are used under the principles of nominative fair use

  • Do not imply endorsement or partnership

TRU ICON™ does not claim ownership of any third-party trademark.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that:

✔ Every decanted fragrance originates from a genuine retail bottle.
✔ No additives, dilutions, substitutes, or reformulations are introduced.
✔ Bottles are stored and handled with care to preserve fragrance integrity.

7. Liability & Risk Disclaimer

By purchasing from TRU ICON™, the user acknowledges:

  • Skin chemistry varies from person to person.

  • Allergic reactions or irritation may occur.

  • TRU ICON™ cannot guarantee longevity, projection, or performance.

Customers assume responsibility for patch-testing prior to full application.
