Do you offer refunds?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened fragrance decants cannot be returned or refunded.
If any atomizers arrive damaged in transit, we'll replace them free of charge with photo evidence of the issue.
