Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking or delivery information will be provided according to the shipping method used.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
Opened or tested fragrances cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
