Thank you for shopping with TRU ICON™. We want you to enjoy your experience, and while most fragrance purchases are final due to hygiene standards, we offer limited returns under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

The item is unopened

Factory seal and packaging are intact

The product has never been used or tested

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
2. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If ordered in Estonia, a meeting can be arranged to process a refund by hand.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost returned packages.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if applied) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We offer an opportunity to exchange an ordered set for a new one, but only if you are eligible for returns (read above).
If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return (if eligible), make sure you add the set you would like instead.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used fragrances

Products with broken seals

Items purchased on clearance or final sale

Gift cards or store credit
