1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or sale events.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, service method, and package size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly announced on the store.

If available, customers may arrange local pickup in Tallinn or Tartu by contacting us via email or Instagram before placing an order.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed over to the courier, TRU ICON™ is not responsible for:

Damage during transport
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist with a resolution.
8. Customs & Import Fees
Orders delivered outside of Estonia or the EU may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
